Talk on U.S.-Canada water policy set |

Gary Doer, U.S. Ambassador to Canada, will speak on "Transboundary Water Policy" at 4 p.m., Thursday, March 25, in the University of Minnesota Humphrey Center's Cowles Auditorium. Doer will speak about the challenges and opportunities in crafting agreements on shared water resources, particularly the Red River Basin and the Great Lakes.
