Artist Terms of Agreement

I hereby certify that this is my original work and that it is not protected by copyright laws. I hereby grant the Freshwater Society the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish my artwork, graphic design or short video on www.freshwater.org, in printed publications, and in any and all other media for promotional purposes. I will make no monetary or other claim against the Freshwater Society for use of my original artwork, graphic design or short video. I release the Freshwater Society from any and all claims, actions and liability relating to its use of said artwork, graphic design or short video.

I also grant Freshwater Society the right to release my name, school, and hometown in promoting the winners of the contest.
